BizPilotPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how MN Technologies ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use BizPilot. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
Two kinds of data
- Your account data. Your name, email, login and billing details. For this data we are the Data Fiduciary.
- Your business books. The customers, suppliers, invoices and other records you enter. You decide what goes in and why; we process it only to provide BizPilot to you, as your Data Processor. You are responsible for having a valid basis to store your customers' details.
What we collect
- Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), optional two-step verification settings.
- Company: business name, GSTIN, address, bank details you choose to print on invoices.
- Billing: plan and payment status. Card and UPI details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.
- Technical: IP address, browser type and security logs, kept to protect the service.
Why we use it
- To provide, secure and support BizPilot.
- To process subscription payments and send receipts.
- To send important service notices (security, billing, changes to these terms).
- We do not sell personal data or use your books for advertising.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in an encrypted database in India. We use these service providers, each bound by contract to protect it:

How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or delete a company, the books are deleted from our live database right away and from backups within [30] days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Indian tax law may require you to keep your accounting records for several years, so download a backup before deleting.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data from within BizPilot, withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
See our Security page. If a personal data breach occurs we will inform affected users and the authorities as required by law.
